REFUND Policy

At Sweet Simply Flowers, we believe that flowers have the power to brighten up any space and lift the spirits of those who receive them. We are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and most beautiful flowers available, however as we all know real life flowers are also perishable and some may live longer  then others.

General:

* Full  Refund will be given within same day service provided flowers are returned in same condition and left  in same way as were received. 

* No Refund will be given if flowers are returned the next day as we had cases of customers leaving their flowers over night in their vehicle without water .  

Hot Weather: 

* Strictly No Refund and No Replacement  of flowers even within same day service !

Please note:  some flowers like Tulips, Sunflowers, Hydrangeas Peonies, Roses …do not do so well in an extreme hot weather conditions so It is a customer’s responsibility choosing to  go ahead or not with the purchase .

Events:

* Strictly No Refund Policy in any way!!
That includes: Christmas, Spring Racing Carnival , Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Birthdays ,  Anniversaries, Engagement, Weddings and Funerals
