Q: When will my flowers be delivered?

A: Same day if you order before 12:30pm 

Q: How much is Delivery ?

A: Free local delivery  within 10 km around us. 

* For all other suburbs please text or call us

Q: What days do you deliver ?

A: We deliver 6 days a week
Please Note :  Saturday orders best to be received by Friday night. 

Q: Are you open on Sunday's and Public Holidays?

A: No, we are not open

Q: Can I Book my Flower Delivery ? 

A: Yes, write your request at the  special instructions box (when you go through purchase process)

Q: What happens if I place an order after 12.30pm? 

A: YOUR DELIVERY will  be done the next day (unless you call us and we may fit you in provided upon flower availability)

Q: Will my flowers look the same as the picture on the website?

A: We strive to do our best however the Seasonal Availability and open / closed flower buds may effect the look also lighting plays a big role in capturing a perfect picture!

Q: What will happened if no one is home?

A: Flowers will be left at the recipient's front door at a safe place.

Q: What if delivery is their work place? 

A: You will need to provide : Business name , Recipient's name surname,  , Floor or Apt. number if possible and most importantly their mobile phone number.

Q: What if Delivery is at their Apartment? 

A: You will need to provide their phone number. For some apartments the access entry is not allowable so please be sure to add apt number as well as recipient mobile phone number to your order
